Cancellation Policy

    Guests receive a 100% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee.
  • 7–29 days before check-in
    Guests receive a 50% refund minus a 3.5% processing fee.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in
    No refund will be issued.

Processing Fee

All cancellations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which covers non-refundable credit card and payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s bank or credit card provider.

Reservation Changes

Changes to reservation dates may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking depending on availability and timing.
